How Are They Made?

Preparing the Latex Foam

Mattress Molding

Flash Freezing
Once the foam has expanded and then settled in place, the mattress is flash-frozen at -5°F to stabilize the shape and dimensions of the mattress.
Adding Carbon Dioxide
Carbon dioxide is then added to the mattress in a process known as gelation. The gas helps stabilize the shape of the mattress and gel the latex foam.
Baking
The mattress is then baked at a temperature of over 200°F to set its shape and ensure long-lasting durability.
Washing & Drying
Once the mattress is removed from the mold and allowed to cool. It is then washed to remove any debris or impurities. It is then dried and shaped in line with dimensions and design.
